Return & Refund Policy

  • We are responsible for :
  1. If you receive a damaged product. (Refund or Replacement option)
  2. If you received a wrong product. (Refund or Replacement option)
  3. If you want to replace the delivered items with the another design. (You have to bear the shipping cost and ship that product to us)
  4. If any item is missing from the parcel. (Refund or Redeliver option)
  5. We can take additional 7 to 10 working days for the replacement.

*** NOTICE ***

  1. All of these points will be applicable if you contact us within 3 days (72 hrs) from the date of delivery.
  2. Please do not accept the parcel if it’s damaged or unsealed from the outside.
  3. You can also call us at the time of receiving the parcel from the courier person. (7604075130)
  4. Please make a short video while you unboxing the delivered parcel and few pictures of the box and it’s label for the proof and your own safety.
  5. Without that video and pictures you can not claim for the Return or Refund.
  • We are not responsible for :
  1. Order can not be cancelled after making the payment.
  2. In case of an express delivery (By Air shipment) we do not refund the shipping cost in any scenario. Only the item price will be refunded if the item is damaged from the inside.
  3. PujaDukaan.com and the Courier service both are different compony. If there is any delay in delivery after the dispatch or your area is not serviceable during that time then the estimated delivery time might be increased. (applicable for both standard and express shipping)
  4. Customer have to pay all the courier charges in case of refund or the design replacement. (In this case customer have to return the item to us by your nearest courier and you have to bear the forward and return shipping charges).
  5. During the festive season packing and delivery time might be increased. 
  6. Our most of the products are completely handmade. So the design / color / dimensions might be slightly different. 
  7. Topor Mukut are made with shola. So in case of miner work like stone / laces is got removed from their location then you can simply fix it just by using Fevicol. (Do not use Favikwick or Dendrite for this )
  8. Increasing in courier charges:

Most of our products are light weight and takes huge amount of space in the box for the safe shipment. So the courier charges are based on the volumetric  weight. In this case you have to pay some extra courier charges. (You can contact us before placing the order 7604075130).

For example of Topor:  Actual weight of the Topor is approximately 500gm but the box dimensions are 40 , 26 , 26 cm  in length, height and width respectively. Hence the Volumetric weight of this parcel will be 40 ✘ 26 ✘ 26 = 27040 ÷ 5000 = 5.4 kg which is 6 kg. Hence the charges will be applied on the higher weight that is 6kg.

  1. Our products are used in auspicious events like Wedding, Annaprashan, Upanayan and any other Puja. So we don’t compromise with the purity and quality.
  2. For Kolkata orders we take 2 to 5 days for delivery. (Depends on the product)
  3. Orders from outside of Kolkata can take 7 to 20 days for delivery. (Depends on the product)
  4. We provide Cash On Delivery facility only for Kolkata Orders. (specific pincodes)
  5. Always try to place your order at least 20 days before the actual event.

  2. We provide Cash On Delivery only in few pincodes of Kolkata. 
  3. Refund will take upto 7 days after receiving and reviewing the product from our end.
  4. We accept payments from WhatsApp also.
