- You will get 10% cash discount on your every Dashkarmaa bill of your Puja Samagri.
- The bill should be more than Rs 2,000/- to get 10% cash discount.
- If your Dashkarmaa bill have any kind of Metal or Handmade Products like ( Brass or Copper Utensils, Topor, Patashir, Wooden Jhula and Singhaasan ); then the amount of that product will be deducted from your bill and you will get 10% cash discount on the adjusted bill.
- You will get an exclusive discount on those mentioned products separately depends on the season.
(B) Delivery and Shipping :
- Currently we are providing “Next Day Delivery Facility” in Kolkata only. Soon we will expand our business to all over India and give this facility to everywhere.
- Express Shipping is available.
- “Cash on Delivery” facility is available only in Kolkata.
- You will be charged Rs50/- for making a “Cash On Delivery” order of less than Rs499/- .
- Make payment through BHEEM UPI, Gpay, PhonePe, Paytm and Debit Card to get free delivery.
- Some Exclusive Handmade products like (Brass or Copper Utensils, Topor, Patashir, Wooden Jhula and Singhaasan) can take 3 to 6 days to deliver in Kolkata and 7 to 10 days outside of Kolkata.
- Due to high demand on festive periods like (Ganesh Chaturthi, Navaratri, Durga Puja, Diwali and more.) your product can take upto 2 or 3 days to deliver in Kolkata and 7 to 10 days outside of Kolkata.
- Shipping charges may vary depends on your products, bill amount, place and the time you order the product.
- Additional Shipping Charges might be applicable on “exclusive handmade products”.
- After dispatched the parcel from our end on time if the customer is facing any delay in shipping, PujaDukaan.com or our executive will not be responsible for that.
- We will not refund any amount in case of delay in shipment. You have to contact the delivery company for further help and guidance.
